We are pleased to announce that our Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Board Elections will be held in conjunction with our Christmas & New Year celebrations, and we warmly invite all community members to join us for this event.

We are inviting nominations for the 2025-2026 board positions. If you are interested, please submit your interest using the link below. These positions are voluntary and unpaid.

As previously communicated, the KCABC team has finalized the voter list for the AGM. Please remember that while memberships can be obtained anytime throughout the year, only those acquired before November 2, 2024, at 12 noon PST will have voting rights at this AGM.

We will be publishing the voter list (names only) on KCABC’s website as required by our bylaws. If anyone has any objections or concerns, kindly contact us by 11th Nov 2024.
